Final foundation member garages now available
Secure your place as a foundation garage holder at Thunder Ridge Motorsport Park.
Thunder Ridge is offering a limited number of large 72m² on-site garages, located close to the pits within a secure compound. Designed for private vehicle owners, motorsport enthusiasts, car clubs, and businesses, these garages provide a permanent base at New Zealand’s newest grassroots motorsport facility.
The garages will feature a 4.0m stud height, with the option to install a hoist, making them ideal for car maintenance or additional storage.
Each garage will be equipped with a powered roller door, water and air supply, high-performance LED lighting, and secured by a perimeter security fence with swipe card access. Ample space around the garages will allow for easy and convenient access.
Only 48 garages will be built, arranged across four blocks of twelve.

Long term security
Thunder Ridge Motorsport Park is an IRD-approved, not-for-profit Sports Trust, established to support grassroots motorsport in New Zealand.
The council has offered a 99-year land lease for the development of the park, providing long-term security for the facility and its purpose: making club racing, track days, and community motorsport more accessible for everyday New Zealanders.
